If you have been diagnosed with lung cancer and have smoked light cigarettes, you may be entitled to compensation.

linebreak

Millions of smokers in the 1960’s, 70’s and 80’s switched to light cigarettes as an alternative to quitting.  Smokers were fooled into believing that like other light products, light cigarettes had fewer harmful ingredients than regular cigarettes.  Tragically, this was not the case.

The tobacco industry knew light cigarettes were not “light,” and in many cases more harmful for smokers than regular cigarettes. However, tobacco executives did not disclose this information to the public or the government.  How many people would have quit and how many lives would have been saved had this information been released?  How many people are sick today because of this lie?

If you are one of the many people who are now sick because of the “light” cigarette lie, we want to hear from you.  Please fill out the form below and click “send.”  Thank you.
